Returns are not accepted.
2. Complaints / guarantee: Even if BFB is a b2b site, we are of course responsible for the quality of our products.
So if there is a justified complaint, we pick up the package and the customer gets an immediate replacement. In such cases, please contact us via our contact form or directly by e-mail.
