Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also shop as a guest. All that matters is that you should be a B2B customer.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Not after they have placed their order.

How can I return an order?

Our products are excluded from revocation. If there is a justified complaint, we will pick up the package and you will receive an immediate replacement. Contact us by email if such a case should arise.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, an order confirmation and an email as soon as we have delivered your package to GLS.
